TRAVEL INSURANCE: InterpreterTranslation, LLC strongly urges participants to purchase trip/travel insurance and therefore shall not be held liable for trip cancellations or delays.

Traveling to and from Madrid (Barajas) to the Hotel Florida in San Lorenzo de El Escorial: Participants shall make their own arrangements for transportation to and from the airport to the hotel. InterpreterTranslation.com LLC will provide details regarding bus, train or taxi options.

Pricing Options & Exclusions

To book your trip, InterpreterTranslation, LLC offers four (4) pricing options:

• OPTION 1: SINGLE occupancy room at Hotel Florida, San Lorenzo de El Escorial + 20 hours of Interpreter Training + Certificado de Estudios from the Real Centro Universitario “Maria Cristina” + Excursions to Madrid courthouse, Madrid Real Academia de Jurisprudencia, and Segovia. $2,599 per person.
• OPTION 2: DOUBLE occupancy room at Hotel Florida, San Lorenzo de El Escorial + 20 hours of Interpreter Training + Certificado de Estudios from the Real Centro Universitario “Maria Cristina” + Excursions to Madrid courthouse, Madrid Real Academia de Jurisprudencia, and Segovia. $2,449 per person.
• OPTION 3: TRAVEL COMPANION – NO INTERPRETER TRAINING – DOUBLE occupancy room at Hotel Florida, San Lorenzo de El Escorial + Excursions to Madrid courthouse, Madrid Real Academia de Jurisprudencia, and Segovia. $1,349 per person.
• OPTION 4: TRAINING PACKAGE – NO HOTEL. This option includes 20 hours of Interpreter Training + Certificado de Estudios from the Real Centro Universitario “Maria Cristina” + Excursion to Madrid. $1,499 per person.

Prices Exclude: Airfare, insurance, additional excursions not outlined in itinerary, personal expenses, phone calls, faxes, laundry service, passport and visa fees, tips and gratuities unless otherwise noted on specific itinerary, museum and other entrance fees, bus and metro fees, non-program entertainment or events, travel and/or airline insurance.

Deposit & Cancellation Schedule

DEPOSIT (Reserve Your Trip): Should Participant prefer to pay in installments: $350 per person at time of booking. Contact InterpreterTranslation, LLC to set up monthly payment schedule. Balance Due: April 15, 2027.

Credit Card Payments: All payments will be made through www.interpretertranslation.com using secure payment processing which accepts all major credit cards.

General Terms, Liability & Releases

Missed Features of Program: In the event that a Participant chooses not to utilize any aspect(s) of the program, he or she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.

Cancellation of Excursions: InterpreterTranslation, LLC may cancel any excursion for any reason at any time without being required to refund any monies for cancellation of the excursion.

Participant Termination: InterpreterTranslation, LLC reserves the right to terminate any Participant’s participation on a trip if continuation thereof may, in InterpreterTranslation, LLC’s sole judgment, be detrimental to the passenger’s health or welfare of that of other trip members.

Participant Physical / Medical Condition: I, the Participant, represent that I am in good health, have no medical condition or illness, and am physically capable to participate in all excursions and city visits/tours which include significant walking. Furthermore, I assume full responsibility for any medical expenses that may be incurred should I become ill or injured due to a physical mishap during my participation in this program.

Medical Insurance: I, the Participant, represent that I have adequate health insurance necessary to provide for and pay any and all medical costs that may directly or indirectly result from any activity related to this program.

Hold Harmless: I, the Participant, hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue InterpreterTranslation, LLC, its managers, officers or agents with respect to any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, suits, and causes of action for any bodily and/or personal injury that may arise during my participation in the program.

Photography Release: Participant grants the right to InterpreterTranslation, LLC to use photographs, film, video, images, text, testimonials or other likenesses of Participant for its own commercial use without compensation.
